Fill out our donation form with your equipment details and address. The process takes approximately 2 minutes. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your pickup time.

We accept all sports-related equipment including basketballs, soccer balls, footballs, shoes, cleats, protective gear, rackets, bats, gloves, helmets, and pads. Any equipment that enables youth sports participation is welcome.

Equipment must be safe and functional. Normal wear is acceptable. Items should not be broken or pose safety hazards. Consider whether you would allow a family member to use the equipment.

Basic cleaning is appreciated but not required. Please ensure shoes are paired and small items are contained in bags to prevent loss during transport.

Yes. We accept donations of any size, from single items to large collections. Every donation contributes to youth sports access.

Weekdays: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM (after school hours only). Morning and early afternoon slots (8:00 AM - 3:00 PM) are not available on weekdays due to school hours. Weekends: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (all time slots available). We offer 4 time windows: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM, and 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM.

Donations can be scheduled for next-day pickup. Most pickups occur within 2-3 days of request submission. Urgent requests can be noted in special instructions.

We service the entire Charlotte metro area for pickups. All donations are delivered to our local youth sports charity partner for distribution.

No. You can leave equipment outside with clear pickup instructions, or arrange for someone else to be present. We will text you 30 minutes before arrival to confirm the pickup location.

Contact us at least 4 hours before your scheduled pickup time via text or email. We will coordinate a new pickup time.

Standard pickups require 2-3 minutes. Large donations may take 5-10 minutes. Our team assists with carrying equipment to vehicles.

All donations go to our local youth sports charity partner. You can specify which sport your equipment is for, and they ensure it reaches programs serving that sport.

Equipment is delivered to our charity partner. They sort it by sport and condition, then distribute to youth programs throughout Charlotte within one week.

Yes. We coordinate bulk donations with multiple volunteers and vehicles. Indicate large donation in your form submission.

Yes. Consolidate items if possible. We can assist with retrieval. Note storage location in special instructions.

Inform us upon arrival or update your donation form before pickup. We maintain capacity for additional items.

We do not accept broken equipment unless easily repairable. Equipment must be immediately usable by recipients.
